Answers to the questions we hear most — from setting up your team to running payroll.
Open the Team module and choose Add employee to invite people one at a time, or import a CSV to onboard your whole company at once. New hires receive a secure link to complete their own profile, and they appear in your directory and org chart instantly.
Payroll runs on the schedule you set — typically the last working day of each month. Bulma pulls hours from the Time Tracker and approved leave automatically, so you simply review the summary and approve. Payslips are generated and shared with employees the moment a run is finalized.
There are two plans, and both include all nine modules. Capsule is $7 per employee per month with unlimited integrations, SSO, audit logs, and onboarding and migration included. Capsule + AI is $12 and adds AI across every module — CV screening, drafted reviews and notes, anomaly alerts — plus priority support. Nothing else is sold as an add-on.
Yes. Billing scales automatically with your team size, you can move between Capsule and Capsule + AI whenever you like, and you can switch between monthly and annual at any time. There is no lock-in — cancel whenever you like and you will keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Bulma is CSA STAR registered and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, sensitive fields are masked by default, and field-level permissions let you control exactly who sees what. Your data is never sold and never shared without your consent.
Yes — every plan includes unlimited integrations. Connect your calendar, accounting, identity provider, and communication tools so data flows automatically across your stack. SSO keeps sign-in simple and secure for the whole team.
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all nine modules and the AI features so you can set up your team and run a real workflow end to end. When the trial ends, add a payment method to keep going; nothing happens automatically.
